Client Meeting 7
Attendance: Katie, Morgan
Today, me and Morgan met with Aris and Mark (coder).
Mark gave us log ins to ManyPage, the programme he created and is using to create Bilex Kids. He discussed last week, we could have a go in ManyPage ourselves when adding some of the artwork we created. He said once we have had a play, if we want to be more or less involved in the coding we can let him know.
For now, he gave us a mini tutorial in the programme.
Some notes I need to remember for using ManyPage:
File manager - New dev
Left hand side – select things
Right side – how you’re going to do the editing
The template holds the majority of the main info, this is what we will use to edit the graphics
You can make a copy of the page, save as and then create a new version of the page which is untouched
What we need to do in ManyPage:
Add the new artwork for the bottom banner of the website
May need to create a new image in the top right to fit them all in
Change the logo
Mark would like us to Email Tuesday/Wednesday saying how we got on, and if we have had any problems with the software
By next week Mark is aiming to have all the pages and wants us to have a go at putting the artwork in
Actions for the team:
Final artwork from Katie and matt sent on XD to mark by Saturday/Sunday
Play with ManyPage, change the logo and people by Tuesday and email everyone’s feedback on Wednesday
Katie change the brain and send to Morgan for Friday, get it on the new XD
Katie to do template for the PowerPoint
Morgan focus on the business card – she will do 4 variations
Matt do a double sided leaflet
All do pull up banners, share and the persons who is best develop that
As Aris is going away now, he has given us his personal email for any urgent problems. We will be next meeting him on the 30th, this is the first possible time to meet after he gets back.
As a team, we are aiming to have everything finished at this point, as we can present him the extra collateral such as the business card, the flyer, the pull up banner and the presentation slides.
