Client Meeting 6

Attendance: Katie, Matt, Morgan

Logo: Aris liked the character, bit spoke about the problem of the gender issue, as the character is a white male. Does he want this to be the face of the website? We spoke about the potential of using an animal, but the animals of Cyprus/Greece are a mouflon/dolphin. For now we are sticking with the character we have and Aris is happy.

He also wanted the flags changing so the Greek and Cypriot flags to be the same size and change like in the GIF when the UK flags move

We also spoke to Mark on Skype:

Spoke about us having a go at building some of the website in the software

1. Planning to have a go at adding new Artwork next week - Thursday/Friday morning meeting at 11 (probably Thursday, TBC)

Talked through the navigation of the website and the links in XD

Spoke about the coding behind the website, specifics

2. The week after, we are planning to look at the usability of the site for the user with him

After we spoke to Mark, we went back to Aris to speak about his conference for this project: European Association of Developmental Psychology Conference - Aris will represent Cov Uni, and present his work and the website 29th Aug - 1st Sep

When we told Mark Garner about this conference, he suggested we could create Aris some other collateral for this, and to have a think what extra bits we could do for him. Yesterday we spoke about business cards, Morgan mocked up 3 and Aris said this is a "very nice initiative". He likes the ideas and said he will work on thinking of a slogan or a line to sum it up to go on the cards.

We suggested creating flyers for the event, pull up banners

Out of everything, the business cards are a priority, he needs to find out budgeting to get things like this printed

We also proposed a presentation template for Aris to use at this conference.

Actions for this week:

1. Morgan needs to refine the business card ideas, from 3 ideas Aris picked one for her to develop

2. Matt to create the final logoGIF using all the flags Aris wants

3. Katie to send over the refined web ideas - these have been confirmed with Aris

4. Katie to price up the marketing collateral that Aris wants so we can have some rough pricing for him

4. We all need to create at least one pull up banner so we can show Aris Thursday
