Disney Land

** THE LAST TBT POST **

For this weeks TBT I thought I would talk about when I visited Disney Land in 2008.

I remember all the lights, rides, characters and overall the magic!

However, when looking back over the pictures, I have realised the design influences the atmosphere of the park. Everything from the typeface, imagery and colours are what makes the park's brand look and feel magical.

This is what attracts so many people to Disney as a brand, everything comes together so perfectly. Disney's type is instantly recognisable, it is a decorative font and this swirly magical style is known for being magical because of Disney. The sparkles, colour hierarchy to go with it just makes it magical and distinguishable.

When I went to Disney, I was much younger. However I still recognised the Disney font, the way things looked nice and how everything came together into one magical place. This is something children notice as well as adults, and this is what makes that brand so strong.

Here are a few photos from when I went to Disney. The place is like stepping into a film. Every detail is perfect. Even the back of the mans jacket is embodied with the Disney font and colours!

Thankyou for reading this post about Disney. I really enjoyed going as a child, and still at that young age was able to notice how the type, signs for rides and posters all added to the exclusive, magic ambiance.
