Teamwork

As a part of 115AAD we have to work in teams. Today, we held our first official meeting for our group. As a team we split up the tasks so that we could all be producing work at the same time for different sections. When we have the next meeting we will show this work to one another and critique it. This saves time and is a more economical way of working.

I feel the way we are working together is good. We all have strengths in different areas which means we can all help one another and bring each other up. We can all discuss ideas openly and critique each other without anyone taking offence.
